Frank Morgan

Frank Morgan is the Director of the Crime Research Centre.  He was formerly Director of the Office of Crime Statistics (South Australia).  He is currently engaged in major projects on rural crime, crime mapping and risk assessment in community corrections.  He has published on a wide range of matters including repeat victimisation, offender recidivism, domestic violence and crime trends.
